About the conflict:

  • You will learn about the concept of conflict and its importance in education.
  • You will identify the main types of conflicts in the field of education.
  • You will identify the main risk factors that influence the appearance of conflict and disruptive behaviour.
  • You will distinguish different types of intervention aimed at conflict prevention and conflict management.
  • You will apply practical activities for conflict management in the field of education.


About stress:


  • You will learn about the concept of stress and its origins.
  • You will identify the main stressors.
  • You will know how to assess stress.
  • You will identify the main risk factors that influence the appearance of conflict and disruptive behaviour.
  • You will learn strategies to prevent, manage and treat stress.
  • You will distinguish the different types of stress and in which contexts it can appear.
  • You will differentiate between fear, anxiety and stress.
  • You will apply practical stress management activities.

About frustration:


  • You will learn about the theoretical framework underpinning intervention to increase frustration tolerance.
  • Distinguish between the concepts of frustration tolerance level and degree of frustration in frustrating situations.
  • You will distinguish between concepts of frustration, failure and disappointment.
  • You will master techniques to increase your frustration tolerance level.


On the regulation of anger:

  • You will value anger management as an important aspect of violence prevention.
  • You will master strategies and techniques for anger regulation as a violence prevention strategy.
  • You will broaden ways of thinking.
  • You will design strategies for anger regulation and violence prevention in children, primary school and adolescence.



On the duel:

  • You will learn the characteristics of a duel.
  • You will learn about the grieving process and its stages.
  • You will become aware of the need for emotional work in order to be able to care for people in situations of bereavement.
  • You will understand the reactions of a grieving child.
  • You will develop competencies to be able to accompany a child in situations of bereavement.
